Aluminum CNC Machining Services

Custom aluminum CNC milling and turning for housings, brackets and precision parts. Compare alloy, finish and drawing requirements before requesting a quote.

Upload your drawing

Order custom aluminum parts to your drawing, from a first functional sample to repeat production. Jingchuan reviews the alloy, geometry, quantity and inspection requirements before confirming a machining route and quotation. This page also covers aluminium machining—the spelling commonly used by European buyers.

01

Choose the alloy and temper before comparing prices

A material description such as “aluminum” is not enough to make two quotations comparable. Specify the alloy and temper on the drawing: for example, 6061-T6, 6082-T6 or 7075-T6. General housings and brackets, strength-sensitive components and parts requiring a particular appearance can have different priorities. If an alternative alloy is acceptable, identify it explicitly so the material choice is reviewed rather than silently substituted.

02

Match milling, turning and finishing to the part

Milling suits pockets, mounting faces and non-round profiles; turning suits shafts, sleeves and other rotational features. Parts with several critical faces may need a combined route. Deep pockets, thin walls and multiple setups affect machining and inspection effort. Tell us which dimensions are functional and whether the dimensions apply before or after anodizing or another finish. Masking, cosmetic faces and thread protection should be identified with the finish specification.

03

Make the quotation and inspection scope comparable

Send both a 3D model and a dimensioned drawing when available. The model defines shape while the drawing identifies tolerances, datums, threads and acceptance requirements. Include the first order quantity and likely repeat quantities so setup cost can be considered separately from recurring machining work. Material traceability, dimensional reports, packaging and shipment requirements should be agreed before the order is released. Price and lead time are confirmed after review; this page does not prescribe one tolerance for every aluminum feature.

Questions before requesting a quote

Can I request anodized aluminum parts?

Include the anodizing specification, color, cosmetic requirements and areas to mask in the RFQ. We review the finish together with the drawing, especially where coating affects fits or dimensions.

Is 6061 interchangeable with 7075?

Do not treat them as interchangeable by default. State the required grade and temper, and obtain engineering approval for any alternative before machining.

Send your drawing and project requirements

Include the revision, material, quantity and delivery destination. We will review the technical scope before confirming a quotation.
