Define the batch and the part mix
List every part number, revision and quantity in the order. A batch of identical parts differs from an assembly containing several unrelated components: each geometry can require its own programming, setup and inspection. For mating components, identify the interfaces and whether you need the parts labeled or supplied as matched sets. The goal is to quote the complete batch rather than assume all items share the same process.

Understand setup cost and quantity options
Programming, workholding and first-piece checks are distributed across fewer pieces in a limited run. If your quantity is flexible, request comparisons for specific alternatives—for example, 10, 25 and 50 pieces—rather than asking for an undefined bulk discount. These are quotation examples, not minimum-order promises. Simplifying a noncritical feature or standardizing a thread may reduce effort, but any drawing change needs your approval.

Prepare a complete one-off order
Include the material grade, finish, critical tolerances, drawing revision and required delivery date. For replacement parts, a worn sample may not fully define the original dimensions or material; provide the available engineering information and agree what must be confirmed before manufacture. Decide whether you need a first-piece review, inspection report or assembly labeling. Final feasibility, minimum practical quantity, price and lead time depend on the reviewed part and batch.

No universal MOQ is promised on this page. Submit the requested quantity; the practical batch size and setup economics are reviewed for your part.
Can I combine different parts in one RFQ?
Yes. Supply a separate part number, drawing revision and quantity for each item. Each component is reviewed before an assembly or batch quotation is confirmed.
